Kino and Joanna Stingray perform a concert in memory of Aleksander Bashlachev at Luzhniki stadium in Moscow. At the beginning of the performance, Tsoi makes some critical remarks regarding the actions of concert administration in Moscow:
I want to say that Moscow is the only city where, it turns out, dancing is a crime, where if girls want to give a band flowers they are beaten... I wouldn't want to make any scandals, but if there are any journalists in this hall, maybe we need to change the situation somehow? After our concerts, they finally decided to remove the stalls. Although we had such an agreement... I was invited to a meeting, they said: "Viktor, what should we do, what should we do, all our chairs were broken.” I said, “The only way to save the chairs is to remove them so people can dance...” They said, “Okay, but if you can, please tell the audience not to have any murders there and so on...” I said too, “Okay.” But when we came to our second concert, there were even more chairs, and, of course, they were broken again. And of course, I considered myself free from any obligations and so on.
Thirty minutes into the show, the concert administration cuts the sound and put on Bashlachev's "Time of the Bells", which was supposed to be the closing song. When the song ends, the audience is asked to leave, but they are outraged and do not. Tsoi regains power in one of the microphones and is able to get them to calm down and leave. (1988)
